To the point... Could not fine support for any questions I had through the Briel Company in the USA. The phone number in the espresso machine help book was Out Of Service. The instruction book, I feel needs more pictures to help individuals locate and understand usage of the espresso machine than what Briel offers. (Example) You need to turn the ON Switch fully to the right until you here a Click or the Machine will not brew and acts like it has a Vapor Lock which it doesn't. This why Briel gets only four stars from me.The Briel ES200APG-TB is really a Great Machine as long as you fully understand it's operation. I would recommend this product to my friends.

Dualit 88860 500-Watt Immersion Hand Blender with Pulse, Chrome Review

As some other reviews have mentioned, labeling this as a 500 watt unit is a bit inaccurate, as the US version is really only 320 watts.That does not detract from the fact that this is a very effective blender.I have used large commercial sized immersion blenders in a professional kitchen which would be overkill for home use, but the Dualit is perfect for my needs.

I have used it for emulsifying salad dressings and blending fruit smoothies.It quickly purees fairly thick soups (gallon-sized quantities in a large stock pot) with no stalling or overheating.

I highly recommend it.

I received the machine really fast, was very excited and had it up and running in no time.I like the look of the machine, it is impressive and fits nicely in my kitchen.The only problem I have is inconsistent results and I have tried many things.I wish the instructions were a little more detailed as to how fine to grind the beans, how far to fill up the filter, how much to tamp... these things are not second nature to people who were not raised with an espresso machine.I will be contacting the company to see if I can resolve some of the results and hopefully that will take care of my issues.

Dualit 4-Slice Toaster, Charcoal Review

I received the Dualit toaster yesterday and spend last evening making toast, toast, and more toast....wanting to see if my investment was worth it.I'm pleased to say that I'm extremely happy with the results.
I tried several kinds of bread of varying thicknesses (store bought and artisan), bagels, and even homemade English muffins which usually need the broiler to prepare.Althought the first batch (as the directions indicate) takes a little longer than subsequent batches, the toaster was very fast.I achieved consistant browning on both sides and in all slots.
Any concerns I had at investing more than $300 for a toaster vanished quickly.it seems to be a real workhorse, is solidly built, and has a minimum of parts to break, unlike most toasters on the market today.And it looks great!!!!
I'll give an update in a month or two, but so far, I could't be happier.

I received my coffee order today and surprisingly received NO chocolate Paradise in the box!?! WTF? In fact the box wasn't sealed (although the pods are individually sealed) and there's 50 coffee pods, not 48 which is a cool bonus!I suspect someone packing this box of coffee missed their early morning cup or had an affinity for the chocolate paradise and swapped it out with some extra Lava Java as there's PLENTY of those in here.I've ordered the Aloha Island coffees in the past and they are tasty and I was looking forward to trying out the different flavors .. But buyer beware, although it says there's 6 flavors you may end up with only 5.. Still it's tasty coffee but they'll lose a star for not shipping what was promised.

This is supposed to be high quality Kona coffee, and it is very good, but I guess part of having Kona coffee is the atmosphere.We have warm humid breezes in Tennessee, but we are missing the ocean, volcanoes and the Hawaiian laid back lifestyle that is different from our Tennesse laid back lifestyle.This coffee is earthly and stronger than most and roasted a little darker, but not burnt, which is the way I like it.Sugar or cream will change its taste significantly, so try it black if you can.Though quite expensive in comparison to other coffees, except for maybe Blue Jamaica, I think you deserve a treat from time to time.I am sorry I could not rate it with 5 stars, its just not quite as good as I remembered it to be in Hawaii.Unfortunately, I am not sure that my memories are as good as they used to be either so I rate them as 4 stars as well.If you like Kona coffee, I am sure you will like the Aloha Island 100% pure Kona, but maybe not quite as well as the memories you have if you have spent time in Hawaii.Do not waste your money and try to save a few bucks on other coffees that may advertise as Kona.They are permitted to use the Kona name so long as 20% of their blend is real Kona.Make sure the coffee is labeled 100% pure Kona and enjoy a cup for me.

I bought these and the private reserve diamond expecting superior coffee because of the price. That wasn't the case. I believe there are better pods at much much lower cost. Other pod makers have kona blends that seem to have more flavor. Obviously it is very subjective to rate a coffee but I would not buy Aloha Island pods again. I have bought other pods from other companies and have enjoyed them much more.
